Food was excellent, service good. I did, however notice that the floor/carpeting and entrance stair carpeting need replacing very badly. That would leave a much better impression to diners at the Cafe!

Prices are reasonable and the food is very good. The reviewer who praised the BLT was right on. They took this ordinary sandwich and made it special. It was a fresh crispy crunchy sandwich which included a nice layer of bacon cooked just right. Coffee was way above average. The only waitress was efficient and personable. When the lunch crowd poured in she was grace under fire. Handled it like it was no big deal. I really enjoyed this quaint little cafe. I only wish it was closer to Baltimore.

 A small but very capable restaurant offering good old home cooking! If you wait, it's because they are cooking your food from scratch...so wait! It's worth it!! Third time here while visiting by boat and I don't care if their is another place around..this place is the best it can get with great food, very reasonable prices and a friendly staff! Ignore​ "anything" negative, these people must be from some other planet! 🤗 Outstanding place!!!!!

Quaint little place, food was good but pricey like everything else in Chesapeake City. I would recommend trying.
