Lively atmosphere, friendly staff, very delicious food and awesome beers. We started with various appetizers and paired it with their craft beers that comes across a broad range of colors and flavors. Then proceeded to entree, good selections of Czech and German dishes that also came in hearty servings  Our server is very excellent and the manager even came by to make sure we're having fun and satisfying dining experience. Been here couple of times for brunch too and they're consistently good in terms if food and service.

Great place to come for good drinks and delicious food. Our bartender was phenomenal and the food was spectacular!  Me and my wife had their giant pretzel, garlic burger and their fish and chips. You cannot go wrong with any of these when you order.  As for their beer, if you like German style beer you would not want to miss out on what they offer here! Their double bocks are great!  Highly recommend it.

I LOVED The Bohemian! Prepare for a wait when you arrive because it's a hot spot! Our server, Jayden, was awesome! She has regulars and I love that! The onion rings were absolutely amazing! Huge, crunchy, satisfying! Portions are generous - so bring your appetite!

My first visit to Bohemian Brewery and I was highly impressed. An excellent option if you’re in the Midvale or Salt Lake City area. An authentic German feel with a good selection of Craft Beer & food. All of the beer was good, my personal favorite being the Viennese.  Wandered in with some colleagues on a Tuesday night and was impressed by the atmosphere. A full house but not much of a wait, we were able to snag a seat at the bar right away. Even made a new friend while sitting at the bar . Fantastic Spot! I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

Always a favourite place to eat some great European food! Nate took great care of us. We ordered a giant pretzel and crab cakes to start with. My boyfriend got the prime rib and I chose the fish and chips. Everything was delicious, hot and more than we could eat. We had to get boxes to take home for the next day. Definitely going back when we can!

Very impressed! Owner Fred is awesome checks on you multiple times he picks up the fish fresh from the airport daily in the morning and none of the food is ever frozen it’s made fresh! Other restaurants need to take notes he knows what he is doing. Gordon Ramsey would be so proud The server Ashley is awesome. We will be back

There are great restaurants and then there are great restaurants that make you feel like you are part of the family. Bohemian Brewery is the latter. From the second my wife and I walked through the doors we felt like family. Service was amazing! The owner of the restaurant stopped by our table multiple times to give us suggestions, explain the history of the restaurant, tell us about how and where the food came from, even to fill up our drinks. Absolutely Amazing!  Now to the food. The restaurants two most requested meals are the Bratwurst and the Halibut. We tried both. Let me just tell you, and you're welcome, GET THE BRATWURST! The brats are exclusively made for the Bohemian Brewery. You can't get them in Germany. The brats come with sauerkraut that is made from scratch and slowed cooked for 15 hours. I could just eat that sauerkraut all day! It has a vinegar flavor to it but contains no vinegar at all. The process to make it is an old school recipe that makes it taste that way. The mustard and dill sour cream compliment the brats and sauerkraut. Trust me on this, get it.  The halibut was perfectly cooked and sauce was delicious. In fact, the owner walked by and saw that my meal needed just a bit more sauce. He immediately brought some out to me. I'm not a big vegetable guy but they were delicious as well.  Overall, the Bohemian Brewery is 5 star quality with a home-like feel. I will return. Great food. Great service. Great people!

So good! The atmosphere is super fun as well. The food is authentic and good, the garlic burger is awesome and the schnitzel is really good. The pierogis to start are delicious and feel homemade. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was visiting from out of town with a coworker, one of my friends from SLC suggested Bohemian when I told them that we were staying near South Jordan. We went there and loved the ambiance, it was packed! We were initially quoted an hour wait, but we went to the bar and got a beer, then got seated about 15 minutes later. We saw someone get a big pretzel, I looked and it wasn't on the menu, but the server rang it up when we ordered it. I had the snitzel and my coworker had the bratwurst and we both loved our meals. We had another beer and we were stuffed and a little drunk. It was great.

Outstanding food and service! The pork brought me back to my family's Estonian cooking, and yes the garlic fries are to die for! All the food came at once as well. The ambiance in the restaurant couldn't be any better, and all staff went above and beyond from the start. Initially we were told 40 minutes to an hour wait, but they were able to squeeze us in within 15 since they got an opening.  If you are looking for the best dishes in Utah and authentic food, look no further! They don't have reservations, it is first come first serve so get in as early as possible.
