I have used them over a year.  Yes, they rented the home for me, and I thought not hearing anything meant things were ok.  Since the tenants moved 1 month ago, I have spoken to several neighbors finding out the lawn has been dead for several months and the house is not in any condition to be rented.  I cannot reach them by phone, and I live out of state.  They will not return my emails any longer, so they have my owners acct deposit, and I have no idea of anything regarding the tenants deposit nor have I received money to repair the lawn.  Even after they said they were there, they didn't mention the dead lawn, which I have seen pics.  I have even recommended them to someone else as well, and now I feel horrible.  I don't even know if this company even is ligitimate at the point.
