The people that work here are very rude and unprofessional.  The first time we came to pick up our brand new GMC 2500 after paying for it to have a full detail and underbody coat, they hadn't even finished the underbody coat (this was AFTER they had called us and told us it was done).  We asked them to finish it (??? Don't know why we even had to ask in the first place, it's what we were paying for), and to call us when it was done.  They never called us when it was done, we ended up trying to call them multiple days in a row with no response. Finally, on the fourth day after we had gone to get it the first time (so it's been around two weeks at this point), we got a hold of them and they said yes, it was done.  We went to pick it up and they said it was going to be $230.  When we inquired why, they explained that it had taken them longer to get it done, and on the invoice it said "excessive soliage."  We were disappointed that they had added $50 on to the price after we had waited 2 WEEKS to get this pickup back and they then told us that if we "didn't like the price we could just leave and never come back" and that they would "put a lien on the pickup if we didn't want to pay the extra."  I was astounded by these comments and it makes me believe that these workers are here for the PAYCHECK, not customer satisfaction at all.  In my opinion, this situation should have been handled VERY differently as I feel like it was extremely rude and unprofessional.  They should have inspected the pickup BEFORE telling us a price (which we agreed on) OR they should have called us and informed us of the $50 price change.  I feel like these employees could care less about the customers and I'm astounded by how they acted to customers that were unsatsified with their service.  I will NOT be recommending this company to any friends, family, or anyone for that matter.  As a customer I feel like this issue needs to be resolved as it was very unprofessional and rude and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I brought my Lexus in for their complete detail package before I was going to sell it.. They made my car look so good that I got full asking price easily. They made it look years newer. The guys were so nice and easy to deal with. Best investment I ever made for my car I plan on taking my new car there every year!

I dropped my boat off in horrible condition with scratches and 10 years worth of sun oxidation. they were really busy, and I had a trip planned, but they fit me in and had it complete by my deadline!! the boat looks just like it did the day I pulled it out of the show room 10 years ago!! thanks Boise's Best and all your hard work!! I recommend them to any one!!! top notch service and quality work!!

I can not express how impressed we were with the job that Boise's Best Auto Detail did on our recent detail service. I took my extremely kid & dog abused Pilot to them as well and am more than astonished how well it looked on completion. My car was done in a timely manner, professionally, and feels like a new car even though it is an 06. I will be recommending them to everyone.
They do a great professional job.
