Family meals aren't worth the price and they kept messing our order up. Chicken is hard. Nothing is worth the price. Won't be coming back.

Always had good experience at bojangles. But today in opelika was seriously lacking. Told them 3 times I wanted the 8 pc homestyle chicken MEAL. they kept ringing up the 12 pc homestyle chicken FEAST. IT WAS $8 MORE. I eventually accepted it thinking I would just have some left over. But when I opened the box there was 6 regular tender s and 6 quarter sized tenders that wouldn't fill my 2yr old up. The tenders were also so hard could my wife could only eat the middle. Had to go back to the counter 3 times to get items that were supposed to be with the meal. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN.

I waited 30 minutes in line. There was a note left on the speaker saying head sets were down so you had to order at the window. Even when you ordered at the window it was still a 30 minute wait for food. Horrible service. I get the technical difficulties but fast food should not take 30 plus minutes.

This place is horrible, they gave me two burned biscuits. The bag had grease all over it. The worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Will never go back.
