Tried to get Chicken twice this week,Was told on Monday that it would be 25-30 minutes to make the chicken and was told tonight it would be 30-40 minutes,We understand short staffed but why isn't the chicken already cooked? we've always had good service until this week.
ALWAYS a great experience at this location. We had to place a VERY large order within hours and Mrs. Kim along with Ms. Honrisha made it happen by going above and beyond while being short staffed. Great team work. Thanks

Bathrooms were FILTHY. Urine all over the floor type of filthy. No paper towels in the bathroom. ...do the employees wash their hands? I always go through the drive-thru. And, now I almost wish I'd never gone inside. I won't be back.
Haven't had bogangles in years ,thought they were all gone except for VA so was happy to see them here in GA. My usual is 3pc chicken with a biscuit and dirty rice but I decided to try their chicken sandwich with fry and I must say they have popeyes beat by far. The fries reminded of kfc fries but better

Waited in line for 25 minutes and another 10 after I paid for my food. All I had was a bo round and biscuit while others had big orders and were getting their first even though they were behind me. Needs more than 2 people working this is ridiculous.
The young man who took my order in the drive thru provided exceptional service and was very polite and professional.
