This bojangles in particular... Was terrible. I really hope they just had a bad day. 
My girlfriend and I got chicken. The breading on it was CHEWY! EWW. I guess from where it was several hours old. Then, I was really excited for the mashed potatoes and gravy. I made sure to ask for extra gravy. Then I get our tray... The first thing I see... What in the world, they come at me breakfast gravy on the mashed potatoes. Who does that? Instead of the brown dinner gravy, I got white gravy with sausage chunks. It was not good on the mashed potatoes. My girlfriend got fries, they completely skipped seasoning.

The customer experience... The cashier was friendly and quick with our order, I loved that. It was dine it, so we got our drinks and went to sit down as our order was being made. We'll, without telling me or saying anything, they put the tray on the counter. I saw it but waited several minutes because I wasn't sure if it was mine. After a while, I went to the counter to ask a staff member if this was my order. I stood there, waiting for about three minutes. Workers saw me but didn't say anything. I was nice and wanted to ask the cashier, because I predicted that the drive through kids would say they didn't know if it was my order. But I would think they could have asked me if I needed anything, since they glanced at me several times but just kept talking amongst themselves. After 3 minutes, I just decided it was I deed mine.

Got home with my food had no honey mustard like I ask for the chicken was hard. Wasn't the first time the food hasn't been good. Probable want be going back there. Would rather go to a different one where the food is good.

Terrible. Constantly messing up my order. Slow service. A disgrace to bojangles as a company. This particular time they left out my biscuit from the chicken supremes meal. The time before that the fries were old and stale. The time before that I was given the wrong amount of chicken supremes. In desperate need of getting their "stuff" together.

Terrible service...waited way to long for food as one customer yelled & screamed for manager because he had waited 45 min & still no food! They actually gave him his money back & offered free food..it was quite unnerving. Employees kept saying I'm going home.  Food..not good..no seasoning on fries..lettuce was black on the edges...NOT what i expected for this area. Will go back to the bojangles 40/68...never this location
