Nice associates. Just not sure why none if them were at the counter when we walked in. Then they had to play catch up for the 10 people that were behind me. Food was okay.

We love Bojangles! It's got a cajun taste way beyond all competitors!! Just minutes off I-40 before you get to busy Wilmington traffic. Cheap gas just next door too!!

The food is consistently good. I enjoy the majority of the staff and find them pleasant. I especially feel Judy and Susan make this place special. I love the Cheddar Bo and Ham Biscuit. Made fresh almost every time.

Best Bojangles location.  Staff is the friendliest and attentive.  Chicken is always hot and fresh but sometimes the fries are old but you can ask for a fresh batch.  Try the nc pork barbeque sandwich it's awesome.

I'm not much of a Fried Chicken eater. I hate KFC, indifferent with Hardee's, and the local grocery store Fried Chicken is...okay. Then Bojangles comes to Burgaw. I love Bojangles due to the fact the chicken isn't oversaturated in grease and the fries...oh sweet baby jaguars the fries. The only thing I dislike thus far is the night crew. Currently, they are slow as hell, apathetic, and disorganized. I watched 3 people on the front line stand idly by waiting for dirty rice while 6 people waited. One woman nearly had her fifth heart attack waiting for that rice. Her eyes were devoid of all joy. No smiles crossed her face. Only passive aggressive remarks, mumbled in a low volume. In away it reminded me of my home life...with that said, the day crew is excellent. They're well organized, well-paced work ethic, and forced smiles fill my heart with joy.
