I do not think the Manager on duty knew how to make it right to a frequent customer on June 1st at around 6pm. I ordered a 12 pieces super tailgate and I was expecting to eat it with the family for dinner but as soonests as I got home I noticed that I had chicken tenders instead of regular chicken... I called them and told them about the mistake and I had to drive back... I told them the problem and the manager just sent someone else and stated that I ordered the chicken tenders and if I wanted the chicken that I have to pay for it. There I was, paying for a meal that I needed and paying for a another meal that I did not order.
it’s not hard to be nice to customers that are simply trying to go get some food. get better staff, they act like they couldn’t care less about our feelings and how we are being treated as CUSTOMERS. we didn’t give any sort of attitude or rudeness to the lady at the register but she was acting like she hated her life and wanted to make our lives miserable. how hard is it to show the smallest amount of respect and generosity? hopefully never coming back here. :
I love Bojangles but this location is horrible and by gar the worst one in Nashville. It takes forever, the dinning room is never open. The employees are not very nice either. Sadly, the management knows this and early doesn't care. Today, I waited at the drive-thru speaker 10 minutes only to be told that at 7:45 in the morning that they are out of biscuits. Your employee should have said this when they told me 10 minutes earlier to look over the menu because they couldn't handle multiple tasks. Avoid this location!
I went to the new location with my son to order dinner for our family of 5. We’ve never been there so we went inside. There was one other person in front of us who obviously worked there because the whole time I was trying to order and asking questions the cashier kept saying things like ‘Hold on I’ll be out there in a minute’, not once did she smile. Before I ordered I said I had never been so that should have been a great opportunity to gain a customer and be energetic and ask questions to make me feel valued but no. After getting our food a girl brought it to me which was very nice and I said thank you when she handed me the bag and she said nothing and didn’t smile. Then after my son started walking to the door I started to follow with the drinks and she cut right in front of and didn’t say excuse me at all. Then we get home and as I open up the food half of the chicken tenders were tiny as shown in the picture and I threw away at least 2-3 of the 8 we ordered because the insides were dried out from being old and burnt so ended up having to make something else for one kid. The sides are half the size of those you’d get from KFC so very disappointed there, too. The only things that were great were the biscuits and my oldest’s chicken sandwich was fresh. My chicken breast the inside of the breading was still a little raw so refused to eat for fear of being sick. Not $28 well spent and won’t be returning ever.
Worst place to eat. I just ordered chicken salad. Where got just chicken, iceberg lettuce, two tomatoes and cheese. Where menu says Chicken Supremes™ Salad Chicken Supremes™ served on a bed of romaine and iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, grated carrots, sliced cucumber, grape tomatoes and Monterey Cheddar cheese, this salad is Supreme.. Nothing is fresh to eat. Omg how they are managing . All is hell.see the color of lettuce.
Absolutely horrible service. We were told to pull up to wait for out food to be ready and they completely forgot about us. We had to go inside to get our food. And we had to go back multiple times because they forgot spoons and our dipping sauces. Meanwhile like 5 people drove through and got their food no problem.
The food was great when it finally arrived. It was just short of a 20 minute wait in the drive-thru for two meals. I also ordered BBQ sauce, and instead received honey mustard, which was a bit of a let down. Thankfully, the chicken was tasty enough where I didn't need a sauce at all.
They messed up my order but went beyond the call of duty to make things right when I left I was a happy customer. I like Bojangles chicken it's delicious and then I got a cinnamon biscuit and it was good with lots of sugary goodness. They serve breakfast items as well as dinner time and lunch but I haven't tried the breakfast yet.
Fabulous. We grabbed a quick breakfast here the other day. It was delicious and the staff was over the top. We returned today for breakfast and a party sized order of chicken. A wonderful experience. Clean atmosphere and happy helpful employees.
steak & biscuit like Mrs. Winners use to have, make yo Smack yo mama! Mann' it dont get no better, and there fries have a seasoning like a middle eastern restaurant taste, it goes great with a lrg sweet tea from them, right amount of sweet and salty.
