This is my first time going to Bolat and I was so amazed by the delicious and healthy food that they serve at the restaurant. I was also super happy because my friend Jose is the manager of the restaurant US1 and 104.  Jose oversees all the other restaurants that are open in Dade county. Everyone was very friendly and Jose came by the table to make sure that everything was delicious and very attentive. I will be returning and I will be telling all my customers and friends about the restaurant.  get ready  soon they will be opening in Doral. They  are open in Town & country, Kendall Drive. You have to try their desserts they're delicious, I had the chai dessert to die for.

This place checks a lot of boxes! Flavorful, healthy, and there was variety. We had 2 large bowls and had the noodles with veggies and mushrooms. I got tofu and my husband got chicken and we felt very satisfied, not overly full. To boot, it was all pretty healthy. The customer service was top notch — the staff was friendly, attentive, answered our questions and made us feel welcome. The veggies can stand to be seasoned a little better & be less dry broccoli and Brussels.  But overall good experience!

This Bolay has the BEST employees. I got to the restaurant before my pickup time and the staff was so nice. They made my order right away even though I was the one early, and offered me water while I waited. Manager knows what he’s doing! Very well run.

Just tried Bolay for the first time and wow that was good…. A nutritional and delicious bowl for a reasonable price! Can’t wait to try out the rest of the items next time. Jordan and the pinecrest team made my first time an awesome experience.

I usually get the make your own large bowl with kale and the black rice.  2 meats are shrimp and steak... yes both extra.  I also get the avocado which is also extra and some spicy sauce.  Overall the bowls seem healthier here then chipotle and have more base options.  I will have to try the power beans instead of the black rice next time.  Overall this is a good spot

Was introduced to this place couple of weeks ago. On my 5th visit I decided to get the same bol I have been ordering for the past 3 times since I really liked the food, but to my surprise it was $ 3 dollars more when they rang me up? As I asked why? First they told me I got double steak which is false never asked for extra, since that excuse didn't work then they said it's because I ordered a PREMIER item.... heck is the same exact order from my previous 3 visits. Finally " manager" comes to the rescue and to my surprise once again she could care less and decides to not even acknowledge they have charged me a different rate for the same bol not 1 or 2 but 3 previous times, I even offered to show her proof. End result as she explained it, the previous visits two different employees must of made a mistake, but regardless pay more today. Unreal, so she rather lose a new customer who has been spending over $16 a visit for the past 2 weeks than say sorry charge me same and tell me from here on this is the cost of your order even though we dropped the ball in the past. Incompetent Management, too bad since I really liked the food and was getting used to visiting for lunch almost daily.

I absolutely enjoy eating at Bolay. Ingredients are fresh, customer service is amazing & you've got so many options of healthy and tasty food I am always dreaming of going back. Keep up the good work.  Parking: Parking is abundant in front of the store.  Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free options everywhere. I think most items are GF but you can confirm.

I’m a bolas lover... definitely this is my fav. The service is unique and the food... I still thinking about it. It’s healthy, fresh abs delicious

I absolutely love Bolay, so much better than Chipotle, but they got to straighten out the price when not getting protein. It seems even employees are confused, because none of them know how to price a vegetarian order, ending up costing the customer slightly more than anticipated
