This place has a little of everything you might need for your house: tools, electrical supplies, candles, toilet parts, piping, rope and twine, screws and nails, you name it. I always stop into Boliantz before making a trip to the big box stores in Mansfield. Especially if I need a fastener: bolts, nuts, washers, oddball specialty pieces, and in all types of materials like brass, stainless, even chromed parts. Plus Stihl outdoor tools if you need a chainsaw and whatnot. Plus, the staff is always friendly; someone asks me if I need help finding something within 10 seconds of stepping into the store. And the icing on the cake, at least for me, is they offer a military discount of 10% off most things in the store (big name stuff like Stihl, Milwaukee tools, and Dickie's clothing, maybe more, don't qualify) and if you're not military, they have a rewards program to get a $5 gift certificate for every $100 spent. You just can't combine the two :-). 

Only a few drawbacks. They are a little pricy compared to big stores in Mansfield, but i think that's offset by the savings in gas and time. Especially if I only need 1 screw, I can get ONE screw instead of a whole box. Another downside is that they're not open on Sundays. Inconvenient and frustrating at times, especially if I'm in the middle of a weekend project, but with good planning I can generally get there before 4 on Saturday and be good to go. 

All in all, I believe having a place like this in town, where it's convenient far outweighs any drawbacks the store might have.
