Initial contact was pleasant and is seemed that this company would efficiently take care of my needs. It ended there. no less than 2 phone calls and an email went unanswered for 2 days. It was not until I sent them an email telling them to disregard my request for service that I received a response. Perhaps, if they had been upfront about how long it would take to get a response I might have understood. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.... IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER.... I expressed to you exactly why you would be receiving a bad review in the 2 separate emails I sent (one directly to you). You are correct I did make initial contact on Monday but I was NEVER offered an on-site inspection of my needs YOUR staff are the ones that requested that I send the pictures. I would have much rather scheduled for a technician to visit my home and inspect the issue themselves. I attempted to make contact with your staff to ensure that the photos that they requested were received half an hour after I sent them on Monday and got no response... not even a response to the email containing the photos that THEY requested. On Tuesday Morning I, AGAIN attempted to reach your staff WITHOUT success and tried one last time on Tuesday afternoon... AGAIN WITHOUT success. Just to be clear... during that time I made a call to another 5 star rated electrician on Tuesday morning (after your staff did not respond) and he had a technician at my home on Tuesday afternoon and scheduled the repairs for Wednesday morning. THAT is customer service.

Calling Bolt Electric was one of the best work experiences I have had. Everyone I spoke with was professional and quick to respond to my questions. We had extensive electrical work performed by David from Bolt Electric. He knew the best way to run the lines and the heights at which the electrical boxes and switches should be installed. They will always be my "go to" electricians from here on. Call this company, you will be amazed with their quick response and reasonable pricing!

On-Time, Professional, Courteous and Knowledgeable. I had an issue with my dryer connection. Robert was able to immediately diagnose the problem and correct it on the spot. Not only did he have all the proper tools and equipment, but he was extremely personable too! If you ever need an electrician I encourage you to contact Bolt Electric. Hopefully you'll get Robert and be as happy with their service as I am.

From the very first time we called the office and spoke with Wendy, everyone has been so nice. Leslie came out to the house (on time) and he listened to what we needed done and completed the job quickly. He had to come back to do the attic work in the morning but again was on time and did the work quickly. The two new outlets Leslie added are exactly where we wanted them and look great. We are very happy with Bolt Electric and will definitely use them again if/when we need electrical work done.

Bolt Electric is now my go-to electrician in San Antonio. I had a three-prong dryer plug that was very lose and my new dryer had a four-prong plug. Leslie came out promptly and fixed the plug. He also replaced the breaker plate, which was damaged, all for a reasonable price. All of the Bolt staff I communicated were courteous, helpful, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Bolt Electric!
