ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Bolton-Johnston Associates has been in business since 1965. The Company is one of the largest and most prominent real estate firms in the area with a reputation for excellence. Our primary focus is on residential and commercial properties in the five Grosse Pointes as well as the Metropolitan Detroit eastside lakefront communities.

MANAGEMENT AND STAFF

Bolton-Johnston Associates is an independent firm that is locally owned and managed. Nanci Bolton, the Broker/Owner and Manager of the Company holds a graduate degree in Business Administration and she holds the Certified Residential Brokerage Manager designation (CRB), which is granted by the National Association of Realtors to less than 1% of all real estate brokers.

Nanci Bolton is a former President of the Grosse Pointe Board of Realtors and she is an active multi-million dollar sales producer, in addition to owning and managing the Company. She lives in Grosse Pointe and is actively involved in the community, as are most of the Bolton-Johnston Associates.

REALTOR ASSOCIATES

The Company has 28 full-time career oriented Realtor Associates who are professionally trained with the knowledge, skills, and experience it takes to effect a successful transaction. Bolton-Johnston has received an award for the highest percentage of Associates with advanced real estate designations in the Grosse Pointe Board of Realtors. We place a great importance on the training and education of our sales associates as evidenced by our receipt of this award.
