Without a doubt the worse pharmacy on the planet. They told me an hour to fill the prescription - went back two hours later, still not ready. Then they told me it would be a few minutes and after 30 more minutes still nothing and the lady at counter even had the nerve to get snippy. Took ANOTHER HOUR to get prescription - for those of you keeping track thats 3.5 HOURS to fill a prescription and, of course, a 15min wait at counter to finally pick up. Seriously, it seems convenient but youll save time by actually driving to the nearest Walgreens or CVS - this place is a monument to incompetence WOW - UNreal

They are NEVER on time. So far, I've had to come in on average thrice, for for every prescription pick up I've needed. The service staff seem to run on their own time and have on multiple occasions been rude too. They also pay no heed to being informed that a prescription might be needed urgently. If unlike me you aren't a student with time constraints, do yourself a huge favour and go somewhere else. One star because I couldn't find a zero star option.

I understand that these people work in a hospital and have tons of prescriptions, but the wait times are ridiculous and these people spit out BS. -I drop off my script. "Your prescription will be ready in an hour and a half". Ok thats fine, still seems like a long wait, but whatever. -I come back 2 hours later, and wait in line for 15 minutes. "It's not ready yet, it'll be another 20 minutes". Wow ok -I come back 45 minutes later and wait in line for another 15 minutes. "Your prescription is in the next batch, the pharmacist is taking care of it". I ask, "And how long will that be?" In such a rude manner she replies "It'll BE a couple of minutes". So I sit down and decide to wait. -THIRTY minutes goes by as I sit there in front of them, just waiting. I stand up and watch them at the counter so they can see me. One of the ladies turns around and grabs my script from a shelf and tells me its ready. Really? I've been sitting directly in front of you and I have to walk up to you and glare before I get my script? This entire process took FOUR hours, which is so unacceptable, given the initial wait time. I also watched them tell almost every other customer in line "It's gonna be 20 minutes". Like, how backed up can you possibly be? You are lying directly to all of our faces. And to top everything off, at checkout, I get NO apology or even a mention of how long it took to get the script. I just swiped my card and walked away since they are so rude. I get their job is stressful, I can see it. They deal with a lot of BS. But don't you think it'll be wise of them to give customers ACCURATE wait times, so we don't have to keep getting back in line, wasting my time, and theirs asking "where the heck is my script?". It boggles the mind, truly but that doesn't qualify someone to be instantly rude
