Prompt friendly service. Was able to meet us to fit our schedule. The units are very easy to access and the look brand new. Five star storage facility for sure!

Owner(?) Rich Trott couldn't be bothered to contact me back. I called left a message on his voice mail during the storage units listed business hours looking for a 10x10 unit. He did call me back and I missed the call. He left a message that he had the size I needed available and to call him back to set up a time to see the unit/rent the unit. I called him back about an hour after getting his message and got his voice mail again and left another message. I never received a call back that day nor the next day. I did call again and left another message during listed business hours and still no call back. My fiancé emailed through the Bomarc contact page for an appointment. We received an email the next day stating that he had the unit size we were looking for available and would we like to set up an appointment to rent the unit. We emailed back the same day and said yes and when would he be available to see us. Never received an email or call back. From the Bomarc website "Our friendly and courteous staff is ready to provide you with the highest level of customer service." That's an out right lie. After days of trying to get in touch with Rich I had to start searching else where. I found a place a little further away but rates were less which was great and they did offer prompt and friendly customer service. I wanted a Bomarc unit because it was very close to where I moved to but even if Rich were to call and offer discounted rates I'd tell him to take a flying leap.

During my last move, I needed a place to store my belongings and I had a short time to accomplish it. The owner (Rich) returned my call within minutes with a reasonable quote and instructions on how to proceed. He was friendly and professional. Anyone looking for prompt and courteous service, Bomac Storage is the place to go.

Another satisfied customer. Units are very high in the back, with smart packing and shelving you can get a lot in these units. Management is very willing to work with you - you just need to communicate with them. Accessibility isn't a problem as you have your own code for the gate. Never had a problem with snow removal in the winter either. Thank you!
