Absolutely terrible service and a complete rip off. The financial advisor was completely rude and rushed me through my buying process. The radiator then failed on the car and they would not cover it even when it was under warranty. They completely screwed me over.i have also tried getting a noise fixed in the vehicle twice now and it has not been fixed. Terrible management and employees. They only want your money not your experience. Never ever will go back or refer any one. I’ve had the car for under three months you’d think they would want to take care of their clients. I am so disappointed in their choice of care for their customers. I have never felt more screw over.

They have taken great care of me. When I ended up having to leave my car in the shop over the weekend, they provided me with a loaner vehicle in no time at all and had my car ready to go on Monday. They are prompt and knowledgeable. Their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!

To be honest, I'm very disappointed in your dealership. I bought a new Enclave that had a paint chip. My salesman was supposed to order the paint so I could have it the next week when I brought my paperwork in for my old car. I drove 45 minutes with my paperwork only to find no paint had been ordered. I figured I would wait until I needed my oil changed before I drove that far again. When I called to make an appointment for the oil change, the man I spoke to on the phone, Joe Witaker , was extremely rude to me. I told him about the paint and he told me it was already ordered and he had it right there. I asked him how he could have done this because I had not even told him my name yet. He said (rudely) because he had talked with me before. I informed him that this was the FIRST time that I had called. After he realized that after 4 months, my paint STILL HAD NOT BEEN ORDERED, he became a little nicer. Luckily when I came in, I dealt with Adam who was very kind and helpful. I was talking to another customer in the waiting room about my disappointing experience at the dealership and she knew right away that I had dealt with Joe on the phone. His reputation proceeds him. She told me the name of a nice man I could deal with there so from now on I will be calling him or Adam. Thank you for listening.

We bought our Buick Enclave less than 2 years ago and it has broken down 9 times and has had 3 batteries put in it. It is very frustrating for my wife to be driving a unreliable car that has broken down on her and our children on the side of the highway. We have been told that there is a good chance of this continuing. We are still upside down on our loan so it keeps us from securing a car. We never thought we would be in this situation so soon. Nobody seems to care! Don Thole and Dan Schulz said they understood.Everybody cared when it was sold to us! We are very frustrated!! It's not a easy feeling driving a car that your not sure when the next coil is going out! This has been a nightmare.

It is nice to see that there is still a 'Service Department' at Bommarito. Instead of just giving you a number and saying have a seat in the waiting room. They actually take the time to understand the concerns and/or maintenance needs that need to be addressed. Also a quick shout out to BG Services have made my vehicles run and last longer with the routine maintenance that was recommended to me.
