Ended up stranded at an airport in Europe and having to pay about $1275 for a mistake made by Bon Voyage in Tucson. They made no attempt to rectify their mistake and just blatantly ignored my calls and emails. First time using a Travel agency and will be my last. Its easier and cheaper to book everything myself
