We went on a weekend evening and spent 5 minutes standing inside before even being acknowledged. This is only half the hostesses fault because it was super busy. It would have only taken the hostess 3 seconds to tell us she would be with us shortly, but she seated the two groups ahead of us without a word to us. I say it's only half her fault because as busy as it was, I would also say on Friday and Saturday nights 2 hostesses should have been on duty. We did have an awesome waiter who took good care of us. Our food was brought to the table by a young lady who dropped it off and then walked away; ignoring me as I tried to ask about the missing potato soup. I figured I would ask the waiter when I saw him, but when I saw him next he was bringing the soup. So he helped redeem being ignored for the second time that evening by some of the other staff. Our waiter Jacob was part of the deciding factor, along with the food for a four star rating instead of three. The food was outstanding, and the waiter really made up for lackluster service from some of the other staff. I only took pictures of the spot where we stood for 5 minutes coming in, and a pic of the bar through the glass as not to disturb other patrons. I would recommend this place for the food, and hopefully the owners PR management will read this and hire a second person to seat people on busy nights. Can't say enough good things about our waiter though, or the food. The food was excellent.

We waited 20+ minutes to be seated. When we were seated, they didn't have a high chair available. When they brought our drinks, the soda machine had run out of syrup. Took a while to get refills. Nobody had yet to take our order. When they did, we ordered an appetizer and 2 meals. It took 20+ minutes to get to us, and our appetizer was served only minutes before the rest of our food came out. The appetizer was lukewarm, but we dismissed it. But our food came out cold. Boyfriend tried to find a manager to tell him our experience, and couldn't find one.

This was a really great place to eat! My boyfriend and I went here before heading to work on a Saturday, and it was pretty packed but we were seated almost immediately and our waiter was wonderful. The food was delicious (Filet mignon was worth $24 and the ribs were cooked perfectly, fell right off the bone). Only docked a star because when given plates (the tin ones) for the bread rolls they were not clean but our waiter fixed that for us. Overall wonderful experience and definitely coming back just to have the chocolate cookie baked in a cast iron skillet 😁 (didn't get to have that since we were full)

The service was good. Our waiter was great. The food was served hot and quick. Overall I would recommend Bonanza to my friends. Thank you for great service.

Yummy rolls with sweet butter.
My sirloin was (very) slightly over done, and a little on the chewy side.  The green beans were canned, not fresh. Husband's prime rib had more fat than meat. Cheesy corn bake was tasty. 
Server was friendly.
The big draw seems to be the salad bar.
