Our lawyers have been helping Alabama residents for over 20 years. Our physical office locations in North Alabama are in Huntsville, Decatur, Florence, Gadsden, and Haleyville. We help our clients in the areas of consumer law including chapter 7 straight bankruptcy and chapter 13 debt consolidation. We also assist and represent our clients if they are being sued by a debt collector, if they are being harassed by a debt collector over the phone or if they have errors and mistakes on their credit reports.

Our law firm also practices and assists clients in other areas of the law. We handle Social Security Disability claims, VA Disability claims, and security clearance revocation defense cases. We also maintain relationships with other lawyers who practice other areas of law.
