For two of us, this was our first time there for dinner. The other two has been before and commented that they hoped the service would be faster than they had previously experienced. This place has problems and having a new chef doesn't seem to help in correcting them. 1. Two of us ordered appetizers only to be told they were not available. 2. One of us ordered Sable Fish, received cod, and were advised that they had mistakenly given the Sable Fish to someone else, albeit the cod dish was provided at no charge. One of us ordered a sirloin steak medium rare. Not sure it was even cooked. One of us ordered salmon, which was over cooked. All food was cold. 3. Service was slow, slow, slow. Restaurant didn't appear to be that busy. Finished the bottle of wine before any food arrived. 4. Ordered some more wine to have when our food did arrive. Food arrived, was eaten, and received no wine. After eating our meals we were advised that they were out of the wine we ordered. 5. Disappointing, disappointing, disappointing!!! Perhaps two stars is being generous.

We are locals and this place used to be our favorite place to go. Since Brad left it slowly has gone hill. We pretty much stopped going after most of our favorite servers are gone. We stopped in to see how things are going and sat in the lounge and totally ignored so we just left. Very bad service. Have no idea about the food we couldn't even get a drink. When I told the hostess she could have cared less. No wonder the place has the rating it does.

First time here, won't be coming back! Arrived at 1:45pm and ordered immediately because we were very hungry. Food came out after 3pm. Drinks arrived so late into to meal (which were ordered at the time), that we forgot we had evened ordered them. Who know it takes 30min to get a bottle of beer out of the fridge and bring it to the table. Everything took so long that our guests that had joined us had to leave. Asked for ketchup 5 times and nothing came. Our full drinks were taken away from us (while we were waiting for our food). The waitress even joked with us that we didn't want to rush the kitchen in case there was spit in our food! Will never be back here. And strongly encourage no one else to go here too.

Had a wonderful stay st the Cove and enjoyed the food at the Bonfire restaurant. What made the experience even better was our server Tekara. She greeted us every morning and made sure that our coffee orders were just right! I had to find her right before we left and tell her just how awesome she was. She made our stay just that much better :) thanks Tek!

We spent the weekend at The Cove and ate here for every breakfast and a couple of dinners. The food is always amazing and we had great luck with servers. Tekarra in particular is the sweetest and it always made our morning to have her attend to us. Thanks!
