We contacted Bongiovi Law Firm when doing research in finding an attorney we can form our business for us.  Kristina at BLF was the only one who actually called me to find out more on what we were planning on doing and gave us some direction and set up an appointment for us.  

Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly faces and Gina along with Bobby did a great job answering all our questions and figuring out the best way to set up our business.  We've came across a hurdle and Gina and her team were there to guide us through.  Searching for solutions and alternatives.  They were quick to respond and were completely responsible.  

We would highly recommend Gina and her team for any of your corporate and business needs.  They are sincere, knowledgeable and have great follow through.  You won't be disappointed, as I know I'll be using them again for any of my businesses needs.

Gina is one of, if not the most qualified small business attorney's in Las Vegas. Besides her breadth of knowledge regarding business law, she is very involved in the  business community. She is a leader in the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce and Vegas Young Professionals. 

In addition to all of this she is a unbelievably nice, easy to work with and extremely committed to each of her clients.

Gina is the most personable and helpful business attorney I know. 
From licensing to entity selection, Gina helps with all of it. If she doesn't know the answer she'll research the issue you're having and get back to you with the best possible solution.
She provides great services for startup business, managing and closing businesses.
If you own a business in Las Vegas... you already need her.

Gina has always done what she says she going to do. She is the best small business attorney I have met. She handles lease reviews for my clients on a regular basis, she knows what she is doing. I trust Gina with my clients and their legal business needs. She is a nice person too.
