The good: The price is great, they're fast and the towel guys are very friendly. 

The bad: while getting an oil change they said we needed a new cabin air filter, as they always do basically everywhere. They cart it out to the waiting room with leaves still in it, we said we we're  all set, I figured I'd clean it out better at home if it really needed it. We get back in the car to leave when everything is all done and immediately there's a very loud flapping coming from the cabin air filter area. So we turn around and go back. The technician plays dumb and pulls it out and says "well I told you it needed replacing" and awkwardly, trying to hide it from us watching, he merely turns the air filter upside down and a dozen leaves fall out. He didn't blowing it out, didn't banging it against anything--just turned it upside down. They couldn't have done that when they had it out earlier?! 

So in less than 30 seconds the air filter is back in, no tools required as it's through the back of the glove box door that pops right out. So we're off for a second time and go to put the receipt in the glove box--it's jammed shut. Real jammed. I was out of the car pulling at it from every angle. So we had to go back again and after a couple minutes the same guy who's been helping us gets it unjammed. 

Now if this was the end of the story, fine, it was a bad day and I'm not writing a review.  But the guy doesn't apologize in the slightest either time--in fact, he is clearly annoyed. 

Net-net, I'm sure there are a half dozen other places in the area with similar price and speed that are a quite a bit more professional and a lot friendlier. My family will be going to one of them for our oil changes from now on.

Great value, quality and service! I added on to the car wash with the "nooks and crannies" add on, spent $56 and my car looked brand new! They took their time on it and really did a great job! I think I found my new favorite car wash.

Use it frequently and they always meet my expectations. The car looks great inside and out. Well worth the price  for the value - weekly routine for me.

Excellent service. A little pricey for car washes but it's hand dry service. I had an oil change and find their prices comparable to Jiffy Lube or Valvoline and they include a free car wash which was a nice bonus. Staff was very friendly. Cut little gift shop inside too.

Tony is an amazing manager that makes sure your car is perfect. Marco is also a great worker and awesome customer service. Highly recommended
