Lots of confusion within this facility. Wouldn't recommend this place for anything. Couldn't get death certificate signed for 3 weeks. Also confusion on if the man was ever even a patient. Also awful customer service, with zero respect for human life. They cause more mental health than they help.

I would give this review ZERO stars if I could.
My dad has needed his medicine for months now, & this "doctor", has yet to call them in.
Both of my parents went there today, both got prescribed something, NOTHING was called in ALL DAY. My mom made AT LEAST 5 phone calls today. Every time she was told the doctor would contact her today. NOTHING. Now they're closed all weekend, & my mother has to suffer all weekend with ear pain, &my father still without his diabetes medicine. This place is a f*!king JOKE.
