We really liked this place at first, but then they basically robbed us of $200 because they did not check their email and processed another months payment despite the fact we did not use the space. You would think they would have been cooperative as we tried to come to an agreement about a partial refund, but instead they were rude and hateful. Choose another place who aren't just out to steal your money.

Their facility is clean, has air circulation, and top notch warehouse style self-storage options.  What makes this a five-star place though is their staff that continually go above and beyond for us!  They have used forklifts, utilized various storage solutions, provided occasional pallets, provided bottled water, and extended dignity and respect -- even coffee to us as we unloaded and loaded from their facility.  No other rented storage place has even come close to the local family feel of this company!   I would drive 30 miles to store my stuff here --over any closer location!

These people are awesome !!! They will put you where you need to make things easier for you to have access to you belongings.Really good people...They care.

I love being a part of the Asheville Community if you're looking for storage anywhere in Western North Carolina you definitely need to check out this place they are environmentally friendly and they also have moving supplies honored to be part of this community
