My husband and I just went into Bonzai for the first time and were absolutely impressed. We had to drop off his bike for an upcoming Ironman and we were reassured that it would get there no problem. I also found a new triathlon top for a great price. 
We had fantastic customer service. However, the selection of bikes, supplies and services seem great. I only wish it was closer to where we live so they were easier to support.

I had messed up my wetsuit reservation, luckily these guys know about customer service. They got me a suit and there me goes happy with these guys. I recommend them, prices are reasonable and customer experience is great

Wow! I had an amazing experience after visiting today. 
I called in a panic and spoke to Mark and explained that I have a race that I'm training for and I need quite a bit of help quickly.
Not only did they get me everything I needed, Mark and Jason completely exceeded my expectations and this is the third time I've been here. Keep up the excellent work!
I'm now race ready!

Attitude and integrity regardless of the cost is everything.  Case in point: I went into Bonzai to rent a wet suit.  I told the sales rep I needed to rent a suit for a race the following day (Saturday), and I wanted to return it on Monday.  He told me the suit cost $7.00 per day to rent.  After taking the time to fill out the rental forms, I was told that I had to rent the suit for an entire week (I could not rent the suit on a per day basis).  When I questioned the sales rep, his reply was "It is what it is."  He did not apologize for misleading me, and he did not offer up any kind of compromise.  His attitude was absolutely horrible and he could not have cared less that he totally misled me.  I even shared my displeasure with him and he simply didn't care one bit.  

I have bought bikes from both the Green Lizard and Fresh Bikes.  In both cases, their customer service was -- and continues to be -- fantastic.  If you are in the market for a road or triathlon bike, I would highly recommend you take the time to visit one of Bonzai's competitors.  They truly take care of anyone who walks into their store(s).
