I cannot recommend Bookman & Son strongly enough to anyone in the market for an engagement ring.  Jeff was extremely helpful, patient, and never pressured me into making a decision or purchase. He also provided great advice to help me find the perfect engagement ring while keeping me in my price range.  Every time I came into their store Jeff, Josh and Nicole were extremely friendly, worked hard so the ring was exactly what I wanted and delivered in a rush to make sure it was ready by the time I planned to propose.  I chose to buy from them because they made me feel comfortable with such a big decision and seemed genuinely dedicated to making it a great buying experience.  They answered all my questions, were able to put a rush on the ring to make my proposal plan & were always genuine with me. Great people and great place to buy an engagement ring!

I had an incredible experience at Bookman & Son. When I decided to start looking for a ring I did some homework. I read and heard nothing but excellence from Josh and his store. I had my doubts but I decided to drive all the way from the east side to see for myself. He was extremely helpful when trying to find the setting we thought my girlfriend would love. His patience for me and my crazy friends was something I truly appreciated. I never felt rushed or pressured into any purchases or decisions. Josh was so personable I kind of wanted to just hang out and talk even after our business was completed. Not only did I walk out excited about finding the perfect ring, I walked out with so much knowledge about rings. He explained everything so well that I truly understood what I was looking at. 

Josh also explained to me the difference between his store and some chain jewelry store you would find in your everyday mall. So even though I was very happy and made business with Bookman & Son, I decided to go to one of those mall stores to experience the difference first hand. Everything Josh said would happen happened. I was not able to look at multiple rings at once. I felt like they saw me as a potential thief. They did not do a good job at answering the exact same questions I had for Josh. Plus so much more. The difference was incredible. I walked out laughing. 

At the end of the day, I felt so happy about everything. I have no doubt that this girl will love her ring. It was a great experience and I recommend Bookman & Son to anyone looking to do business with a jeweler. Thanks Josh.

I became aware of Bookman and sons fine jewelry via The really big show. When my wife and I decided to get new wedding bands, I knew that I would visit Bookman and sons fine jewelry,  however, I believe in shopping around and checking out different offers and trying to get the best deal. Of course we did the mall jewelry stores (no names please). We got what we thought was a good deal but wasn't totally happy with the rings. Called Josh Bookman,  made a same day appointment and headed to Brecksville. We We were greeted by Josh and told him what we were looking for, showed him my current band. Within seconds, he recognized the ring, pulled it up on his computer, and although we purchased these rings 15 years ago,  he personally knew who made them, informed me that my ring was under a lifetime warranty and said he could have two new bands made and delivered in 10 days to 2 weeks. Not only was he knowledgeable about what we were looking for, he offered us a really good price and told me I would only have to pay for one band. Comfortable atmosphere, no pressure sales tactics, knowledgeable and a good price   Folks, it's as advertised . When we picked up our rings, I immediately saw the gleem in my wife's eyes and I knew then that this was our jewelry store for life!! I will recommend Bookman and sons fine jewelry to anyone who's looking for good knowledgeable service and a comfortable pressure free atmosphere .Thank you Josh and family,  my jewelry store for life!! Truly a five star experience. I had everything I needed to know explained to me by Josh, who is easy to talk to and clearly has the best interest of his customers in mind. Buying an engagement ring is a big deal, and my business was treated like a big deal at Bookman and Son! You can’t ask for anything better.

Just as advertised on the Really Big Show, Bookman & Son took great care of me when I went to purchase an engagement ring for my fiance.  They asked me a few simple questions & before I knew it there were multiple beautiful options in front of me that were all in my price range & the style my future wife would love!  Very stress free environment, quick & easy financing.  Much easier than the last experience I had at a jewelry store.  I will never shop at another jeweler again!!!  Thanks Josh & Jeff!
