I went in last year to buy music, and the cashier charged me for a membership against my instructions. I had to ask for a supervisor to get the transaction reversed. Turns out it was set for automatic renewal. Now I have to get back the money they took and contact my bank to make sure it can't happen again. If you are forced to use them, I recommend cash.

The only reason I wouldn't give this store 5 stars is because I went in to buy a bible and spent over an hour looking for one because they were not organized by ANYTGING. They need to organize by VERSION at least. And then by print size would be helpful! Had NO ORGANIZATION ST ALL

The associates were very helpful I found everything I wanted and they were nice

I come here sometimes just to go to the science section and read. Never noisy and I've never had any problems.
