It's usually very busy in here, but the staff is always very helpful and I almost always find exactly what I want. Their selection of books, magazines, maps, etc...is fantastic! Also, the cafe' is amazing! I love the coffee here and coming here is always very relaxing.

Some interesting merchandise, but everything is overpriced.

I purchased a membership online to get a discount on several hard-to-find items. Two months later, my order was cancelled since those items apparently weren't in-stock as they had claimed. When I tried to get a refund for my (now useless) membership, they just said "no" since it was past 30 days. I sure am feeling scammed by this company!
