I’ve never been able to find the good exclusives, and today I discovered why. When they receive chases or exclusives, the employees put them on hold semi out of sight. when I noticed them, I asked if I could see them and what they were, I was told I could not, that they were on hold. As my friends and I were leaving, we asked what they were, and were told point blank,”they are on hold for employees.” 
Which tells me, I’ll never get anything good.

If you are a pop lover/Hunter *DO NOT* go here, because you will never get why you’re looking for.

Employees hold all the BAM Exclusive Funko Pops so the public never gets a chance to get them. When you ask to see the ones that are behind the counter, they’ll tell you that they have been held by employees. This wouldn’t be a big deal if there wasn’t 8+ behind the counter being held. If you’re interested in Pops, never go here.

Horrible customer service. Rarely has any new releases or rarely find what I am looking for. Barnes and Noble is Better.
