Not fair, not honest, not good business. The store manager made an error in choosing the wrong shipping method, though assuring me of arrival in time. She blamed the company for giving them the wrong cutoff time, but it was totally her error, and she expected me to pay for shipping a second book to arrive in time. She refused to do what could be done to correct her error. I will not shop here again. Amazon is much easier, less expensive, problem-free, and was my first choice except they were out of stock of this particular book. I will continue to support Amazon for their excellent customer service.

Decent selection but whatever they don't have they can order. Honestly I think they really shine in the discount program. Without it, I think they are slightly overpriced. But if you spend money on books, comics, or collectibles a few times during the year I definitely think it's worth the price. Especially with all the coupons they give you plus there are 20% off sales on the website pretty often. On a personal note, this makes it the SPOT if you collect Funkos.

It’s a cozy little bookstore, and the people are nice, but it’s a little small, so if you’re looking for something that is really niche or isn’t fairly recent, you might need to go to one of the bigger BAMs (the one in Portland is huge).
