I went to this location last night to buy a book for my son for Christmas and when I got to the counter your cashier was holding a button talking into her headset to another one of your employees and it went something like this "omg the customer that just walked out paid her total 27$ all in change" I really thought it was totally unprofessional and disrespectful for her to say this especially in front of another customer. It's sad because not all people can afford things especially with the holidays approaching. Moving on, now it was my turn and I asked her if you had a book In paper back she looked it up and told me it was in the baby section I tried explaining to her that I had already looked and couldn't find it that's why I was asking her for help and she just stared at me so I said well could you please have someone help me find it and she got back on her little head set and asked someone to help me then when I approached the other girl I heard her say in her headset " they're here now " . Sorry but totally unflattering. Next time I'll go to countryside. This girl needs a valuable lesson in customer service and maybe a piece of humble pie

Nice book store. It really lives up to it's name. (So many books!!!) I come in and buy something there weekly. The employees are super nice, and the food is great! And the coffee? Heaven. The only downside is sometimes there is a sulfur smell, but I will have to tolerate it.

Great store with a huge selection of books and novelties complete with a coffee shop with snacks. Really nice place to shop or read. Fantastic selection of magazines of all genres.

They cancelled my order and didn't tell me, I waited 2 weeks then went to the store and they finally told me so now I have to wait another week. Besides that it's a good store
