excellent smallmouth bass fishing ..see the 3rd pic. use worms on a bobber or egg sinker 1/4 oz.  if your real good at bass fishing use senko and even try a Thomas buoyant red/gold.  I've seen pigs come out of here..just DO NOT EAT THE FISH..there are sewage outbreaks occasionally

Great little park on the river for quiet time with the kids, at the end of a neighborhood with minimal traffic means it is often empty

No easy way to get all the way down to the river. Decent picnic area. Noise of freeway somewhat annoying.

Very pretty little park along the Willamette River.  Amenities include restrooms, a small playground, picnic tables and the river is a short walk away.  Some locals use this side of the river as a boat launch, but it is unimproved, so it's really only good for canoes and kayaks.  Access can be dangerous during periods of high water.  Inexperienced boaters should access the river from the marina on the south side of the river.
