So many bad experiences with just one transaction. I purchased some boots for my daughter for her birthday and they happen to be the wrong size. The item was purchased with my debit card they would not return it without the debit card being present. So my wife had to come all the way home to grab the debit card. instead of having her go we set my stepdaughter and they overcharge the second transaction by $20 and order the wrong boat. So they return that transaction but unfortunately ever return they do takes as long as 3 to 5 business days not a big deal again. My daughter thought it be easier if she would just purchased them with her card and they re-order them and double charge them again. Every employee there seem to think this was not a big deal in my eyes it’s almost like they’re robbing us, I do know everything will be corrected with some sense of urgency from us as the consumer but The sense of urgency to correct the mistake from the vendor was not there! I will never buy from that place again. I would urge you to never make a mistake at that place or make sure the employees do not make a mistake because it is going to take some time and effort to correct it! And my daughter did get overdrawn and was charged several overdraft fees which we will give boot barn be up to you to correct if not will seek legal action. Poor customer service. Not even an apology! Wow! Great job hiring management Boot barn!

Walked in and was asked if I needed help, which was nice. They showed me which boots were safety and which were soft and had a good selection.

The staff was very rude not friendly at all including the manager! Went in asking if they had a shirt I seen online they didn't have it in stock at the store one of the gals stated they could order it for me in store with free shipping. I said great let's do that, placed my order in store when I received an email confirmation shipping fees were added went back wondering why I had gotten charged shipping fees the answer I got was I'm new been working for 3 weeks I "thought" it was free shipping and basically there's a 800 number you can call there's nothing we can do!

I took my little sister in to buy her first cowboy hat. While looking to buy a hat we found one that fit her head perfect and we were supper excited. On the display it said $39.99 and she had a $40 gift card and some change to the cover the tax. So we went up to the register to buy it. The cashier rang it up to 50 something dollars. I went back to check the display and sure enough it was $39.99 so I told the cashier about the price difference and she looked at her manager or supervisor I am not sure who but it was obviously someone above her. That is when our trip went down hill. The lady in charge told the cashier in a very annoyed and discusted tone to "just price match it." Then said "in a case like this it's customer service to match the price just don't argue with them." Well we never intended to argue and if I would've noticed the tag had a different price I wouldn't have said anything and probably would've covered the difference to get my sister the hat. But assuming the customer was just going to argue and talking about us in a tone that was demeaning to us was not good customer service. Especially since this incident happened on my birthday and left a bad taste in my mouth the rest of the day. Probably won't shop there again. I had spoke to some of the other staff while there and they were great people. The kind of people I would probably be friends with outside of there. But the lady in charge totally ruined the experience.
