HUGE selection of boots and apparel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Bought two pairs of boots here this year including my first pair of Exotics. Good prices on boot trees too — Amazon is easily $20 bucks more.

No, one would help me find a pair of Roper in my size. After about 10 minutes a  girl asked if I need help? I said yes, I'm looking fot a brown pair of Ropers in size  6.5 to 7.5.  She said let me go look in back.  She then returned with a 8.5 in brown.  I once again asked for a smaller size?  She said No this is all we have in stock, she then walked away from me.   I, my self  found a pair of black in size 7 that worked for me.
When to pay and told Karina #015764 the story.  She said she I'm so sorry.
(This complaint is not regarding Karina at all she is awesome)

The staff was very nice and friendly BUT seemed generally incompetent and extremely bad at communication. Although this is a good place to go if you’re going to buy something and take it from the store on the same day, this is not a good place to go if you are ordering something and will need to communicate with them by phone. I took my hats to get shaped and they promised they had a very experienced hat shaper. However, it was hard to believe that he even existed because every day that I called he had either left early or hadn’t showed up. 4 days after leaving the hats there, I called to see if they were ready and they said they didn’t know how to shape the hats. Each day I called to check the status of the hats whoever answered didn’t know and then said they’d call me the next day yet no one ever called me back.

This has to be the most dirties unorganized stores I've visited. Customer service was poor.  The weather was windy and rainy and it looked like they left the doors open. Clothes were everywhere. Went to try on clothes and there wasn't a single dressing room that was clean.  There was a screw that was through the fence board and I snagged my jacket on it I informed one of the employee's and she retrieved a hammer and fixed it immediately.  I can say this store needs some management.

One of the few places that carries a big selection of authentic Western clothing and boots. The prices are a bit higher than department store prices, but the clothing is higher quality. Service is good and they stand by their products. They also carry a good selection of harder to find sizes.
