We received amazing service from Patrick Eagon, who was the mechanic on duty when we arrived, needing a derailer immediately, as we were in the middle of our Telluride to Moab bike trip. He was most gracious and extremely helpful to us. We were able to resume our trip within a few hours, inclusive of the travel time to get back to our group. A belated "thank you". We will be back! Mary

Terribly rude bike shop service. Bought a $100 stem for my road bike and then was promptly kicked out of the shop for being 'in their way'(there weren't any other customers and they had just handed me an allen key to work on the stem).  The boys told me to go around to the back of the building where there was a tool stand, however the sales girl up front didn't know they had one and couldn't tell me how to find it.

I'm a competitive cyclist and have been to 100s of bike shops around the country and haven't ever been treated with disrespect like this. Good luck if you use these guys!

Friendly staff with great selection of sports attire and equipment. Two seater fold out chairs!! Nice selection of sale items as well.
