Had a very frustrating experience. Seems to be very poor communication between the sales rep and the work teams. Workers initially showed up 2 days early and started to put in a walkway, but didn't have the plan. Had to ask them to stop. Then it took about 4 more visits (for what was a 1/2 day job) to get it right. The work team never asked if they had it right. Would show up and leave with no notice. And even then there were a few small details that we will just live with rather than endure more frustration. The sales rep went on vacation during this process and didn't tell us. So we had numerous phone calls and emails that went unanswered until I finally contacted the owner.

I asked Tom Loman for an estimate in April 2016 today is June 3, 2016 and I am yet to receive it.  I called him multiple times and he always says tomorrow or he is on the road. Then he called me back and said he never gets a contract when it comes to mailboxes, so I guess that meant he wasn't going to bother with my job at all.  
I would not do business with this company because of the hassle to just get and estimate. I wonder how long they would take to complete a job? years?

Mark Booth did a wonderful job for replacing our driveway. We had a special design with brick & concrete and the masons installed it with great skill & care. This is the second time we have used this company. Mark is a true craftsman and a man of his word who truely cares about the customer and their satisfaction. I highly recommend!

They installed a driveway for me on a new construction and I was having problems after a few months.
