The Lodge and Condo were great. They backed right up to lift. With easy access to the mountain and great views. The front desk staff were very happy to help with all our needs. The hot tub and pool were in excellent condition. The shuttle drop off and pick up right out front was really helpful.

1/5 Spent over 500 for one night. Called two hours before arrival they said the room was ready.......get there two hours later had to wait over an hour then asked for a later check out 10:00 to 11:00 is all and was told they couldn’t do it, mind you all of this is on a Wednesday. Will never recommend or stay here again some of the most unaccommodating people I have ever met. Update: the manager Ryan called me after I asked the front desk lady to talk to him. He was very respectful and handled it very well. Because of that I change my rating.

Great place. Very friendly. Greg and Ryan at BC metro are the best so nice and friendly. I will come back just to see them. Loved it.

Ski in ski out. Beautiful condos, close walk to main Beaver Creek village. Fully stocked kitchen, great stay

Lovely room with plenty of accommodations. Very quiet with refurbished rooms. Hot tub could be a little hotter though
