My sister and I went together to get our hair done. We had a picture, and the girl was wonderful. She checked with us often to make sure that we were happy with what she was doing. Very polite, with a positive, happy attitude. Both my sister and I love our new cuts

One of the worst haircuts I've ever had in my life! I brought a picture of how I wanted my hair cut , instead of the girl telling me she wasn't experienced enough to do the cut she totally scalped me , I mean really scalped me like a boy cut!!  The back of my hair is maybe 2 inches long ,not at all like the picture I showed her. I am so upset that this "hairdresser" was so incompetent . I wish I knew her name so I could post it ,to save someone else from dealing with a horrible cut that's going to take months to grow in
