Bobbi cut my hair and it was the worst ever. She dry cut my hair first of all and then took 10 minutes to cut it. I think she rushed to get as many clients cut as she could because the place was packed. Asked to do my eyebrows and she said yes and never did. When I went to a real salon the lady said she doesn't know what she did, there was no rhyme or reason for the way she cut it.

As long as you communicate with the person cutting your hair, you will have a great experience. Dont be afriad to just ask and talk it through.
