I contacted several contractors, and it was difficult to find a licensed electrician to conduct a big electrical job in a short timeframe in this city. BV Electric came through from the get go and agreed to schedule an appointment on a Saturday, within two days of my request. BV completed a rewire of a home, and additional work. Miro, the lead electrician, was always professional, knowledgeable of the latest technology, provided excellent customer service, and obtained the city permits (that's a job in itself). The only negative was there an aesthetic issue with conduit, but it was resolved after further discussion. Price wise, I found they rates were higher than some other quotes I received, but these guys perform quality work and know their stuff.

After visiting our house they lied about the difficulty of the job to get us to agree to a quote that was three times longer than the job actually required. Work was sloppy with no attempt whatsoever at cleaning up after themselves and a crooked outlet. They charged us for over an hour of "driving to get materials" that I could have gathered in 20 minutes on foot -- we live right by two hardware stores. WORST contractor experience I have ever had. I believe many of their positive reviews must be bought / bots, they are simply too terrible to be believed.

We had a small but critical electric problem on a Friday morning. Miro from BV came within a few hours, found the problem immediately and fixed it. We will use this friendly and efficient contractor again.

Boris and his crew are most sincere, fast, trustworthy,reliable and knowledgeable electricians I've ever dealt with. They were quick to respond and they left working area clean and free of debrit. They take pride in their work and deliver great service with yet greater smile. I recommend BV Electric for small and large jobs equally.
