Very professional and friendly staff.   from the front desk to the surgical room,  I was made to feel comfortable (although I was nervous about the procedure). The technicians and nurse really explained everything which made me feel confident in them and in their knowledge of what they do.   The Dr was very calm and gentle with his part of the procedure,  which I appreciate greatly!!  Thank you

I had an amazing experience with the Dr and entire staff in Boca. I want to thank them for their professional and caring attitudes as it was a big step for me to make the decision to do this in hopes of an amazing outcome. I am looking forward to my final outcome as I believe the staff did their best to make sure my outcome is the best it can be!

I scheduled an appointment for first consultation in Boca Raton office, I was driving about 1 hour 30 min, and asked permission from work to attend. I arrived 5 minutes late because of traffic and the Office Manager “Carmen Berrios” was so disrespectful cancelling my appointment whitout notification, stating the system did it automatically after 5 minutes (no one advised me about that rule), and moving the next patient forward of me. She was unable to offer a satisfactory solution, and just asked for reescheduling or wait 45 minutes later. I was really frustrated about how this inconpetente person is managing the office and showing a huge lack of respect and consideration for patients. At the end I said, good bye this incident talks a lot what kind of company is Bosley and their office managers, and what can a patient expect from them as well. I recommend everybody refrain of going Bosley and find a better option in the market, there are plenty of good ones!

I had a wonderful time chatting with the consultant Jeff today. He was an amazing person to talk with. He explained to me everything related to hair restoration and provided every possible detail. He was patient enough to listen to me and ensured that all my questions were answered to the fullest. Not once did I feel that he is trying to sell his product to me. He was genuine in everything he told me and left the decision entirely in my hands. I would surely recommend Bosley to all prospective people looking for hair restoration.
