Should have realized not to get food when there was only 1 customer in the place. There was 1 employee the place looked closed from the outside no menu board working no menu to look at. I got a family meal. A whole chicken that was dry nothing could help it. Instant flavored mashed potatoes and unsatisfied gravy. Mac &cheese that tasted like plain noddles. Sweet potato casserole that reminded me of baby food. Was not tasty or as sweet as I remembered, creamy spinach and was not as advertised at all it was spinach with what seemed to have possible garlic in it gross not special or different. The stuffing was as if it sat in a pan all day and dried up to its original form before water was added. And last the corn bread taste more like a vanilla cake and really gritty as if it was not mixed well. If it could have been a less rating it would have been. Waste of money sorry I went there.
This place is a joke now mashed potatoes sweet potatoes gravy all watery nasty. None of the new items advertised are available but still being advertised. Chicken do over cooked it's dry. Customer service none existent I was there 5 mins before anyone came out to check. Would not recommend!Food: 1/5
Absolutely horrible, definitely not what it used to be. Chicken was dry, gravy watered down, instant mashed potatoes so thin it was like liquid, Mac and cheese was terrible and flavorless which was so disappointing because that used to be my favorite. Service/employees were interesting to say the least. Won’t be going again. They really should just close at this point.
Had dinner here in July food was great however I’ve never been to a Boston market that did not provide warm BBQ sauce I wonder if this was a fluke of some sort or routine for this location please advise Parking: Good parking
Ordered two half chicken meals with my partner. One was undercooked and still pink while the other was overcooked and dry. Mac and cheese had no flavor, must've been expired cheese. Soda machine was broken. Restaurant was clean but depressing. Service was just OK. It's under new management but I don't think they're doing a good job. Would not go back at all.
Descent diner . . Bourbon bacon rotisserie chicken meal - $14.49 . Recently tried the bourbon bacon rotisserie, like all their chicken, it’s a really tender and yummy. . I got the mac & cheese and the spinach side both were bit salty. Mac & cheese was nearly watery. . Cornbread was good. . Ambience - Service - Quality - Quantity- . They don’t ask for extra tips or other hidden charges - Bourbon bacon rotisserie chicken meal - $14.49
When they were in Springfield, Massachusetts, they were convenient and a blessing especially during Thanksgiving. The workers were excellent and did Thanksgiving day orderly and inspired my family. Really miss them. Those who created that debocal and closed all those stores should not be in the organization. There should have been a company that could have saved Boston Market.
I walk in and witness a girl drop a container in the ground then just pick it up and put it back over the food. Drink machine doesn’t work. Got my meal chicken was cold and rubbery. Was looked at with contempt when asking for butter. Mashed potatoes were sour tasting and the Mac and cheese was water noodles. I would have talked to a manager but couldn’t find one. If there is a corporate site for them I would literally buy space to advertise not to go here
Got 2 meals with 1/2 chicken, mashed potatoes, mac and cornbread. One chicken meal was overcooked and dry, the other chicken was undercooked with pink on the outside. Both had good mashed potatoes and tasteless Mac and cheesehow??? so the only edible thing is the cheapest thing in the whole meal. Deplorable honestly. Also the service was average and the place seemed kept but the soda machine is busted and they still haven’t fixed it in over half a year. I’m disappointed because I use to come to this exact same Boston market for thanksgiving meals for a couple years and this last thanksgiving meal was bad and this was even worse. Do better
Don't go here if you want to use a gift card. After driving 50 minutes just to use these gift cards I was told they haven't been able to accept gift cards for weeks now. No one did anything. I asked for a manager, wasn't there. I asked for the manager to call me, it's been days, still waiting. I called the number on the back of the gift cards they couldn't help but they give me a new customer service number every time I call and none of them work, either busy signal or just rings and hangs up. None of the numbers or customer service emails online are valid....I'm stuck with $45 of Boston Market gift cards that I won't be able to use. Oh and you can't place an online order with gift cards either. No wonder these are all going out of business.
