Let me tell you something, these people have better chicken than most and the girl in the drive-through was perfectly friendly. But if you order the cilantro lime rice just know this - IT IS SUPER Spicy!! Apparently it has jalapeños in it, an ingredient they don’t tell you about so part of my lunch I could not enjoy. I ordered the steamed vegetables and they were straight up cold. The rest was fine but def not worth $12
I thought I was sent bad food because they don't have to see someone or they can't bring it back to the counter. Then I read the reviews. Just BAD. The Mac and cheese had crunchy parts. How the hell is pasta crunchy??? Cornbread could have been used as a brick. HORRIBLE and will not come to this location again. Waste of money.
Worst meal I e had in years and I always loved Boston market. The chicken tasted stale, old,and even had a weird smell. Mac an cheese was disgusting as well. I normally love the cornbread so I ordered half a dozen... It was all gross. Never going to this location again.
I have no idea what has happened, and if it's just this location or all of them. But they are never open. No one ever answers the phone. They are always out of items. I arrived 2 hrs before close, and someone was putting up the seats in the dining room, and wouldn't unlock the door. No one responded at the speaker or the drive through speaker. At this rate, just shut the store down and let a restaurant that will actually be open move in.
I have had sandwiches that were pretty good. But I ordered online on a day they advertised prime rib. I also ordered a half chicken dinner. I received my confirmation. When I got there and waited in line. She said she had to cancel the order because they didn't have the prime rib. She also said it would be 40 minutes on the rotisserie chicken. Wow, isn't that what this restaurant is supposed to be all about? A call would have been the correct thing.
Tried calling for 10 minutes or more, no answer. Husband got there to order our 3 pot pies, was told they had 2. Hubby asked why they don’t answer the phone, manager says they didn’t hear a phone call. I called while he was in the driveway because they closed the dining room an hour early and he didn’t hear a phone ring. So as I am telling hubby I will eat a rotisserie chicken plate & he told the manager he would take the 2 pot pies and order the rotisserie, she said sorry but an online order came in & now there was only 1 pot pie available!!! Are you fricking kidding! Online order got preferential treatment over someone there in person! I told him to drive away! Never again!
Why are the lights always off at this place when they are clearly open. From the big Boston Market sign out front to the drive through menu. The entire parking lot is pitch black. It as if they don't want people to eat here. Also they are always out of chicken. I'm not exaggerating, the last 3 times I have tried to eat here they where out and had a 30 minute wait. It really sucks because I know the food is good.
I love Boston Market! I enjoy coming here as I usually get a 3/4 dark, both my sides are creamed spinach and a drink and every so often six cornbreads as the deal is cheaper than three. However this location is lacking in menu items and quite frankly it's disturbing. I've come here three times in the past week, the first time they we're out of chicken. The next time they did not have any large cups for soda and just now I wanted to get a piece of pie because they have eight new items but tonight for whatever reason they only had chocolate cake. Also in the Drive-Thru I have to remind them to put in a spork as they often forget. The staff here is very professional and kind. I absolutely love coming to Boston Market but I'm concerned about this franchise as how they lack in what the menu offers... Normally I would give this restaurant a five-star review but three strikes and you're out.
Used to be good but something went wrong somewhere. Mack and cheese was like WATER and noodles not cooked all the way. Chicken was extremely saltie and bloody in the middle not fully cooked. Mashed potatoes were good but that's it... will never eat here again lost my business for good.
Don't use the drive thru unless you have 15 to 20 minutes to wait until someone acknowledges you and then it's hang on for another 5 to 10 minutes. What is wrong with this location??? When you are between two customers waiting it's hard to just move your car and leave. Please fix the drive thru wait time. I feel they want people to leave so they don't have to help them. I just ended up leaving and I'm spending my money elsewhere.
