I’m a serious review person, when I say this I feel the need to write a good review when the service is at its best. I just left the drive thru window and was taken care by Tarell I believe that’s how you spelled it. I have to say this I thought he was from out of state because he was so polite and friendly. I was in shock when he said he was from here so I had to tell him that his parents must be proud because they raised a very fine man. I wish everyone had most of the time his attitude because it makes me what to go buy food again from here. I hope this review is viewed by Management and corporate.
Is 8:00 pm I got here at 7:39 the drive thru had a closed sign and the workers where on the inside after spending 20 mins on the door, one of the worker told me the were closed. And they're supposed to be open till 10:00pm today. About a week ago. I came at 9:20 and they told me they didn't have chicken. This place is ridiculous. Im not coming back again. They're leaving one by one at 8:05 this is crazy.
The staff working on 09/09/22 at night was the nicest and most efficient crew ever. The gentlemen who took my order was extremly kind & provided service beyond expectations. Haven't been to Boston Market in a long time and the food & service was fantastic.
Food was warm and tasty when we got home. I did not like all the food, However, I blame my taste buds because the quality of the food was on point. Atmosphere is not there fault, I went there at night.Food: 5/5
Been a long time since.ive eaten at a Boston Market....wow has the food quality gone down hill. Can't say I would ever stop again. The people were nice but the food was uggggg. I used to love their food. This is probably my last time I will be eating Boston Market
Stay away I drove all way from homestead over her for a 3 PC meal ask for two thigh and a leg, was told I must get 2 legs wow this place really changed. The sad part about it . It was no customer there. I see why rude and bad customer service , and I believe it was the manager . The lady ask him and he sad no....so rude. I wish it was 0 star. And I order nothing .
The best chicken avocado club sandwich!!! The staff are very nice and make sure you are happy before completing your order. Thank you for the great sandwich
No one working here knows what they are doing. 2nd time i have come and they have no chicken. Add to that ordered catering and they did not have my order saved in back for pickup time so they ran out of items. Ruined our family mealFood: 3/5
This is the last Boston Market anywhere around the area I live in. There used to be several of them in this area but the rest of them closed down. I'm so glad they kept this one open because their food is always delicious, the staff is helpful, polite and they get your order together quickly and accurately. It's a great place the get a meal that is like home cooking without the hassle of preparing a full meal which comes with a huge mess to clean up after you've eaten and fed your family. If you go to this Boston Market you get the delicious, home-cooked meal without the mess.
Horrible service. My mother cannot walk, so she placed an online order for curbside pickup. Waited 30 min trying to pick up her food. No one answered the phone. She went through the drive through, and asked why no one was answering the phone. This lady's exact words were "there is nothing I can do about that". Maybe a meeting to teach customer service is warranted. Unbelievable! Came at 7:30, left at 8:10.
