I ordered online for Thanksgiving, set up the time to pick up around 1:45pm to 2pm. When I got there 1:45, pick up line was out the door... Still waiting on line a 2:15. Thought ordering online and pick up is going to be a breath, but it seems not... I know it is Thanksgiving and a lot people ordered but should have quicker pick up line set up for special day.
Still waiting.... 2:35pm
I went to the cashier told me that since I didn't order "Thanksgiving dinner" and catering, that it will take longer to get ready... And now other person came in for catering and they told him he does not need to wait for line!!!! This is crazy, I wish there is -🌟...

Food is good. However, employees are unsanitary..did not see the females name tag but the young man was Mark..his elbow went into my cream of spinach..she saw laughed about it and still attempted to give it to me. When I said something about it she acted as if she didn't know..and asked him if his elbow went in it and he said "just give it to her " not knowing I was paying attention. Disgusting.

Staff was arguing with each other when I went to this bizarro world. Unhappy employees and they had a handy man sanding a wall while I was dining, unreal. Frugal ownership cutting corners by hiring most likely unlicensed contractors to do work while customers are in attendance breathing in sheetrock debris. makes me wonder where else they cut corners???

Most of the time good food and good service, But every once in a while they slip, They should not give the corn muffin out if it looks dry and hard because it is dry and hard.

I come here all the time and love it. Good food, reasonable prices (good coupons if you join their email list), friendly staff.
