High quality equipment, good vibe, great price. I like the women’s exercise area, for certain reasons, and prefer the step machines and certain weight machines in the main gym. I’ve been to many, many different gyms due to moving around the state over the years; this one is, by far, my fav.

this place is awesome it has anything you can wish for  like a basketball court and at the end of awesome workout i had a crazy 8 pack thanks to the trainers. this place is awesome

Love this place. It has everything you need to better your health. From free weights to machines to cardio equipment. They offer personal training as well as classes.

I wish the "women's only gym" didn't include male trainers, defeats the purpose of women's only when every time I'm in there, so is a male trainer.
