Tried to get a position here after applying for numerous listings . I scheduled a phone interview so I took the day off only to be offered an entry level medical Assembly job so I basically wasted my time .Does the recruiter ever pay attention to the applicants and candidates applying for these positions or do they just offer what they assume would fit ?

Terrible company poisoning the area they claim to serve! In 2023 they were fined $11,000 for air quality violations!!!

I love working here so far. I have been employed for almost a year now. Great benefits and love the overtime that I am giving. Overall I LOVE saving lives.

Great place to work, just make sure that you go to work with a positive attitude and you'll be happy  to be honest, the company actually went out there way to make sure I was happy.

1. As an engineer, this place is a paper pushing mil and you are not likely to grow in your career. 2. Woke drenched from top to bottom, in case that’s not your thing.

I have never worked in a more disorganized environment. Human resources departments are politically divisive and always side with managers without conducting thorough investigations. The majority of supervisors lack managerial and leadership skills, and the human resources department allows them to mistreat other employees.

worst place to work for. Department supervisor think they are entitle to do and say any thing come from their mind.  i have seen and heard how nice it is to work for Boston scientific but never know until i step in to the facility. they expect you to be on time, i mean not even one minute late. which i thought was very unfair since the place is big plus you can't leave one minute earlier. this place deserves nothing. they are very inhumane to the workers. please look for other jobs before to get self into mud.

I know plenty of people who tell me what a great employer they are.   However that completely overlooks the hopelessness of their job posting system.   I am happily employed elsewhere but over time I applied to many boston scientific positions that I was very highly qualified for and not once did they make the slightest effort to contact me,  even to suggest that a human ever saw my application.  If you don't know someone in the department you are applying to apparently it is not even worth your time to go through their application process  if even then.  One has to wonder how many highly qualified applicants are never given a chance at human contact within boston scientific as a result.

I plan on staying here for the rest of my working career. Amazing culture with a family like attitude towards one another. Very open to new ideas and always driving for personal development.

Well... I,ve worked in "Hi Tech Manufacturing" for nearly 15 yrs. For pretty big/advanced companies. First 2 days of training went GREAT! A'ced it! So then 3rd day, DIFFERENT trainer, wheels fell off EVERYONES wagon!! Rushed thru it! Then had 3 chances to past test on company terminology! No tools provided to handle parts so small if ya breathed on em, they were off table. Dont expect that since ya made it in to "final training" your hired! 3 CHANCES for stuff you should probably be able to study overnight! Cant take nothing home to study!! So good luck...???Note: this is PERFECT job for VERY petite small hands and fingers! Like a Jewelry Maker, watch-maker, etc. I wasnt even given an option to train/work in dept. With larger assemblies! Seems 3 days of Rushed Training is not enough if your gonna test people on it in order to even get more training! Maybe its just me. But others in class with College Degrees etc. Got so frustrated they just up and left! Best of luck!!.....
