Awesome family owned business.  Staff supportive, mentoring, patient and attentive.  No yelling or pushing.  Groups are put together for self pace and self impact.  Great job of nutrition education during cool down/ stretch.  Bo is a very knowledgable and supportive facilitator.  Great time and great benefits to health.  Thank you Bo.
