35$ a night to camp isn't too bad. BEWARE there's A TON of ticks in the campsites. There are two camp hosts who circle the campsite 3xs an hour in a truck, golf cart, and by foot. So, there's kinda a lack of respect for privacy. There are cute Yurts up for rent, costing $65 a weekday and $85 for a weekend. The visitor center must be going under some type of construction as it was fenced off as of April 2018. There was wood for sale on site for $10 a bundle. Visitors can register themselves using self registration, although the camp host will make sure to question you about it for sure. There are clean, warm bathrooms on site, showers as well. Every few campsites there is running water so you can wash dishes there or get water to do dishes at camp. That was nice. The trail here does not allow dogs which was a bummer. Overall, a nice place but, I didn't like dealing with all the ticks.

Came to Bothe for a kindergarten field trip with my class! So much fun hiking with a naturalist. Kids loved looking for insects and other creatures. I would love to come again with more time to explore!

Not a large park, but always relaxing. There is good hiking, and a few other historical parks and attractions in the area, related to the wild west and the beginnings of how Napa was selected as a wine growing region. Of course, after camping, you can always visit the plethora of wonderful wineries in the area!

Great little campground close to vineyards and tasting rooms as well as the geyser. Drinking water is available for the travel trailer but there is no dump station. Smaller trailers only. Even though you are fairly close to neighbors here it doesn't really feel much like it. Staff we really friendly.

Great place to camp near wineries. Availability was reasonable on a Sunday night in May with bow reservation, campsite 1 felt very private.
