I'm convinced that Bottis Plumbing and Heating of Rutland is the best plumber in the Worcester County area. I have used Jim and his company twice now for plumbing projects and both times they were efficient, fast and affordable. They installed a half bath in my basement, installing a toilet and vanity sink. The next project however was what I'm most impressed with and that is the replacement of a water heater within 2 hours of calling them with the problem. 
I woke up one day to a basement full of a water from my water heater essentially malfunctioning. I called Jim and within a half hour his team was there to identify the issue, within 2 hours of the initial call they had completely replaced the water heater with a new unit. They are clean and friendly to deal with. Can't say enough about Bottis Plumbing & Heating!

Bottis Plumbing and LEAKS  This Guy Really Screwed Us Over. If You Hire This Guy You Better Get A Pair Of Rubber Boots And A Good Pump For All The Leaks , And Now We Have A Bad Mold Problem From The Leaks , This Guy Really Sucks
